Reviews and Ratings
I had a whirlwind experience at Four Points By Sheraton San Diego. While the customer service shone brightly with friendly staff ready to assist (Curtis and Edgar deserve special mentions!), I encountered significant issues with room cleanliness that were hard to overlook. Despite the helpfulness of the staff, the room I was initially given was quite disappointing, with unclean conditions leading me to question the overall maintenance of the hotel.
My stay at Four Points By Sheraton San Diego was a mixed bag. The staff, especially Marvin, was excellent, making sure I felt welcome. but the hotel definitely shows its age. While I enjoyed the spacious outdoor pool, the room cleanliness was not up to par, with some areas needing improvement. Overall, I appreciated the service but felt the hotel could use significant upgrades.
My recent stay at Four Points By Sheraton San Diego had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, though I encountered some maintenance issues. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making my experience more pleasant despite these challenges.
During my recent stay at Four Points By Sheraton San Diego, I had mixed experiences. The staff, particularly Jessica at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel valued. However, the room felt somewhat outdated and had a few maintenance issues that detracted from my comfort. Additionally, the noise from the wall air conditioning unit was quite bothersome, making sleep difficult at times.
My stay at Four Points By Sheraton San Diego was quite enjoyable, though there were a few hiccups. The outdoor pool was a visual treat, making relaxation easy, and the restaurant offered some pretty good food. However, the corridors felt a bit odd, and I thought the $12 nightly parking fee was quite excessive. Overall, I'd consider returning, potentially for leisure next time.
