I had a whirlwind experience at Four Points By Sheraton San Diego. While the customer service shone brightly with friendly staff ready to assist (Curtis and Edgar deserve special mentions!), I encountered significant issues with room cleanliness that were hard to overlook. Despite the helpfulness of the staff, the room I was initially given was quite disappointing, with unclean conditions leading me to question the overall maintenance of the hotel.
